Pamela Morgan, Esq.

Pamela Morgan is an attorney, mediator, and arbitrator. Licensed to practice law in Michigan and Illinois, she has extensive legal experience in business organization, risk analysis, contract negotiation and drafting, and dispute resolution through consensus building. Through Empowered Law she helps individuals and families with wills, trusts, and estate planning.

Mediation and Arbitration

Pamela is a trained mediator and arbitrator. In 2017, she joined the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel. She excels in helping people discover their true interests during negotiation and working with them to design creative solutions that meet their goals and resolve the dispute. All mediation and arbitration hearings are confidential unless the parties agree otherwise.

Education

Pamela earned a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University, Order of the Coif; a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, highest honors, from Davenport University; and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Small Business Management, with honors, from Schoolcraft College.
